• Utilities & Facilities CAD Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Utilities & Facilities CAD Specialist with strong AutoCAD proficiency and experience in utility and facility verification. This role involves developing accurate drawings and verifying facility systems, including compressed air, chilled water, HVAC, lighting, electrical systems, steam systems, plumbing, drains, and facility floor plans.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, including creating, reviewing, and updating technical drawings.

• Experience in utility and facility verification, including the systems listed above.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design accuracy.

• Knowledge of validation processes is a plus.

• 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

• Must be local to Cincinnati OH, or willing to relocate for a long term onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD to create accurate, detailed drawings of utility systems, facility layouts, and floorplans.

• Verify the functionality and compliance of facility utility systems.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure project requirements are met.

• Perform validation activities for various utility systems as needed.

• Maintain organized documentation of design plans and validation results.
