Pinnaql is partnering with an established healthcare revenue cycle management company to hire a Revenue Cycle Service Manager. Our client provides comprehensive revenue cycle management and consulting services to healthcare organizations, helping clients improve financial performance, optimize processes, and navigate the evolving healthcare reimbursement landscape.
We are seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional who combines strong operational knowledge with a client-focused, consultative approach. This is a remote opportunity and can be based anywhere in the United States, with up to 25% travel to client sites based on business needs.
The Revenue Cycle Service Manager (RCSM) reports to the RCM Manager and is a client-facing role and the primary point of contact for day-to-day issue resolution and escalation. The RCSM communicates with the company-assigned team and client contacts through email, calls, and meetings to address real-time claim-level challenges and escalated issues.
Acting as a proactive subject matter expert, the RCSM drives quality and performance integrity while supporting the Client Relationship Manager and third-party vendor as a key member of the service delivery team. The RCSM coordinates client meetings as needed, maintains agendas and meeting notes when required, and participates in internal client calls with the company and vendor. The role also provides guidance to the vendor regarding client communication, policies, and protocols.
The RCSM manages day-to-day issue resolution and escalates larger challenges to the client team in accordance with established escalation processes. Using client data, performance results, and KPIs, the RCSM monitors performance, drives proactive communication and KPI improvement, identifies and understands client-level KPI outliers, and supports client satisfaction and retention. The RCSM also serves as a subject matter resource for client and company KPIs and leadership objectives.
